Join the Mako Team!MAKO University
Our team members are the heart of MAKO Medical. We want them to have purpose in their career, not just a job. That’s why we created “MAKO U” (University). The employee resource effort provides our colleagues with free opportunities to grow professionally.
We launched MAKO U in August 2022 with an accredited phlebotomy program. The nine-week program includes in-person and virtual training.
MAKO’s COO Josh Arant said he wants to support a strong, supportive culture at MAKO so people want to work here.
“MAKO U allows people who begin working at MAKO to gain new skills that make them more valuable not only at MAKO but further in their career,” MAKO COO Josh Arant said.
